The Platform provides cryptocurrency market news, editorial insights, analysis, commentary, and data visualizations including but not limited to price charts, market indicators, portfolio tracking, and historical data on digital assets (collectively, the “Content”). We aggregate and present market data for informational and educational purposes. The Content is not intended to constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should always conduct your own research and consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

Certain features of the Platform require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as necessary. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe to be compromised.

We may offer free and paid subscription tiers that provide varying levels of access to Content and features. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless otherwise stated. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method at the applicable rate. Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), who acts as our Merchant of Record. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date — no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] or reach out to Paddle directly. Refunds are processed in accordance with Paddle's consumer terms. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with reasonable notice provided to active subscribers before changes take effect. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to paid features until that date.

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to articles, analysis, reports, charts, graphics, data compilations, software, logos, trademarks, and design elements — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription or account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted under Section 6 (Attribution & Referral).

Proper attribution must include:

• The name of our Platform as the source.
• A direct, clickable hyperlink (where technically feasible) to the original Content on our website.

Attribution must be placed in a reasonably prominent position — not hidden in footnotes or obscured from the audience. Failure to provide proper attribution constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action, account suspension, or termination of your access to the Platform. We reserve the right to issue takedown requests for improperly attributed content.

You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that:

• Violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Involves scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction without our express written permission.
• Attempts to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
• Distributes malware, spam, or any harmful content through the Platform.
• Impersonates any person or entity, or misrepresents your affiliation.
• Resells, redistributes, or sublicenses access to the Platform or its Content without authorization.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any violations, including suspending or terminating accounts and pursuing legal remedies.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Market data and charts may be subject to delays, inaccuracies, or omissions. You acknowledge and accept that you use the Platform and rely on its Content entirely at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
